During driving our Tesla Model 3 at highway speeds and above, there was considerable wind noise at the right front windshield / dashboard. I went to check what that could be, and found a plastic cover at the right-hand hinge of the frunk (front trunk) (see photos below). I fixed this after which the wind noise was solved.
